If a page, form or resource is difficult to use, call 916-765-4009 or email nick@nickslending.com. Tell us which page or task is causing a problem and how you would prefer us to respond. You do not need to disclose a disability.

Please do not include account numbers, Social Security numbers, medical information or other sensitive documents. We can arrange an appropriate way to continue the conversation.

Using the site

Use the Tab key to move through links and controls. A “Skip to main content” link appears when focused. You can enlarge text using your browser and use your device’s reduced-motion preference. Form controls include accessible names and errors are described in text.

Ongoing improvements

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as a reference for improvements and review pages with automated checks and keyboard testing. These checks do not establish that every experience is barrier-free. Please let us know if something is not working for you.

The secure mortgage application opens with a separate service provider. If you need help accessing it, contact us so we can help identify a way forward.
