These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by or on behalf of Golden Bay Mortgage Group, including messages from Nick Cunningham and other authorized Golden Bay Mortgage Group representatives.

Program Description

Golden Bay Mortgage Group may send SMS/text messages to opted-in recipients. Messages may include mortgage market updates, national average rate movement summaries, Treasury and market trajectory updates, appointment-related messages, service updates, and professional communication related to mortgage advisory services.

For real estate partners and professional referral partners, messages may include concise mortgage market snapshots and rate movement summaries intended to provide general market context.

Messages are informational only and are not a loan approval, loan commitment, rate lock, guarantee of pricing, or financial, legal, or tax advice. Mortgage rates, terms, programs, and eligibility are subject to change and are subject to credit approval, underwriting, investor guidelines, and applicable law.

Opt-In

You may opt in to receive SMS/text messages by submitting a form, checking an SMS consent box, providing written consent, verbally requesting text communication, or otherwise providing consent through an approved Golden Bay Mortgage Group communication channel.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary. Depending on your relationship with Golden Bay Mortgage Group and the type of messages you request, you may receive occasional messages, appointment-related messages, service updates, or business-day market update messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and your mobile plan. Golden Bay Mortgage Group is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out Instructions

After you reply STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again.
